Returns & Refunds Policy

Exchanges Incase of personal reasons and dissatisfaction:
Return can only be processed for exchanging a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Your exchange can be redeemed only for a credit note that can be used within 30 days of issuance. Only product value is considered for credit notes (not shipping charges if any)
Please note: For exchanging the product - the return pickup is to be arranged and borne by you. Product must be returned back with an image of the package on WhatsApp before dispatch so our team can verify the packing is appropriate.

Resolution: The exchanged item is sent to you by Aadhya'S HeArtwork - shipping fee borne by Aadhya'S HeArtwork.

Incase of damage during transit:
Complaint to be sent within 7 days post delivery along with images to be sent on WhatsApp number +91 9326024740.

Resolution : Aadhya'S HeArtwork takes full responsibility of product and processes a replacement of the same. Reversal and replacement shipping fee borne by Aadhya'S HeArtwork.

No returns on perishable items can be processed.
No refunds can be processed. Only exchanges.
